Insist payment only by Western Union, Not accept Credit Cards

Will not supply contact information, Phone number

Do not reply promptly

Offer very low pricing (That will often escalate after initial payment)

Offer no explanation or possible actions within their reply

Just ask for a set fee even when you supplied very limited information
